Refund & Return Policy
PlantsPK is an online marketplace operated by IMPTK (International Market Pattoki).
Products listed on PlantsPK are sold by independent sellers. This policy explains
how refunds and returns are handled for purchases made through the platform.
1. Return Eligibility
- Buyers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing.
- Live plants must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if they arrive damaged.
- Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
2. Seller Responsibility
Since PlantsPK is a marketplace, individual sellers are responsible for
product quality, packaging, and delivery. In most cases, return requests
will be reviewed with the seller before approval.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exchanges
If a product is defective or incorrect, buyers may request an exchange
subject to seller approval and product availability.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between the buyer and seller, PlantsPK may review
the case and assist in resolving the issue to maintain platform integrity.
