- Freight / Truck Delivery: Large plants, trees, or bulk orders may require transport through trucks or freight services.
2. Delivery Areas
Delivery availability depends on the seller's location and delivery capabilities.
Some sellers may offer nationwide delivery, while others may provide delivery only within specific regions.
3. Shipping Time
- Courier delivery: Usually 2–5 business days.
- Local delivery: Usually 1–3 days depending on distance.
- Freight / truck delivery: Usually 3–7 days depending on location and logistics.
4. Packaging Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for packaging plants and products safely to prevent damage during transportation.
Proper wrapping, soil protection, and ventilation may be used when shipping live plants.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on product size, weight, delivery distance, and shipping method.
The cost may be displayed during checkout or confirmed by the seller before delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, buyers should report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.
7. Nature of Live Plants
Plants are living products. Minor variations in size, leaf condition, or appearance may occur due to natural growth conditions and transportation.
