Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between sellers (“Seller”, “you”) and PlantsPk, an online marketplace operated by IMPTK (International Market Pattoki). By registering as a seller or listing products on PlantsPk, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Role of the Platform

PlantsPk operates solely as a digital marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. IMPTK does not own, manufacture, store, or directly sell the products listed by sellers. Sellers operate independently and are solely responsible for their listings and transactions.

2. Seller Eligibility & Verification

• Sellers must provide accurate business and contact information.
• IMPTK reserves the right to verify seller identity and reject or suspend accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

3. Product Listings & Accuracy

• Sellers are responsible for accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
• All plants must be healthy, legal to sell, and suitable for delivery.
• Misleading listings, fake images, or false claims are strictly prohibited.

4. Orders, Delivery & Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner. This includes proper packaging, correct product delivery, and communication with buyers. Delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries are the responsibility of the seller.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Sellers set their own product prices.
• PlantsPk may charge platform service fees as communicated separately.
• Payouts to sellers are subject to successful order completion and internal verification.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Sellers must comply with PlantsPk’s Refund & Return Policy. In case of disputes, IMPTK reserves the right to review evidence, communicate with both parties, and make a final decision in the interest of platform integrity.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Selling prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or order data.
• Bypassing the PlantsPk platform for transactions.

8. Suspension & Termination

IMPTK reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts without prior notice if this Agreement or platform policies are violated. Serious violations may result in permanent removal from PlantsPk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sellers agree that IMPTK shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from seller-buyer transactions, including product quality, delivery issues, or customer claims.

10. Modifications

IMPTK may update this Seller Agreement at any time. Continued use of PlantsPk as a seller constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Plant Health & Quality

Sellers must ensure that plants are healthy, pest-free, and properly packaged for delivery. PlantsPK is not responsible for plant health issues caused by seller negligence.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.
